When I inquired about a particular product via their email, I received incorrect information, so the product I bought afterwards (teblet stylus) was not able to connect to my device, therefore it did not work, because it turned out that IMAL was not compatible. When I asked for advice and help in the same mail, I only got the answer that the characteristics of the products are available on their page. If I had been able to find anything there (or anywhere else on the internet) that would help me, I would not have turned to customer service. Customer service none.
