Perfect service
The strap colour is incorrect. It says gold, but they sent me silver. I contacted the departments, but they suggest that I return it to a Bulgarian office and have it forwarded from there to them. Naturally, the costs are at my expense. On top of that, I paid an additional fee for hassle-free claims and delivery in the event of an incorrect product. So far, they are unwilling to fulfil any of this. I am very disappointed.

Fast and reliable communication.
Extremely slow delivery – over 7 days. The case had defects on the back – 3 circles, as if it had been pressed and cut on.

Almost always the packaging of the products is crumpled and does not have a nice commercial appearance.
The case is super. Fits perfectly and very gentle to the touch. Delivery is not very fast and reliable. I received my shipment opened.
Twice I order the same thing and it doesn't come.

I received the product in an envelope not in the original packaging and the protective glass was missing! There was no review option? Unfair treatment and I will seek my rights in the longitudinal order.
