The good: purchase and delivery process was very simple and the company had provided tracking details for the package, so i could always look up where my package is or when it will arrive. I got what I ordered and overall I'm happy with it. The bad: delivery time estimated at the checkout was optimistic... the package was 2 days late. When I recieved the package, the box was open. Now, i don't know if it was because of the transport or not, but i was surprised it happened. the content was all there and ok.

The product itself is excellent and deserves 5 stars. The shipping process was disappointing. Although the item was listed as in stock, dispatch was planned only after four days and carried out a day later without any apologies. It took a total of 10 days from order to delivery in EU, which is too long considering the store's pricing and product range. For a store in this price range, faster logistics and clearer communication are expected.
