As I ordered from their site earlier, I did not expect problems and paid by card, in advance. - On November 16, I ordered a pair of masks as gifts for my birthday on November 30th. When ordering, it was stated that it would arrive on November 28 at the latest - perfect - 21.11. delivery service informed about the package - 22.11. package downloaded - 24.11. package arrived at some distribution center and stopped there.. - On November 27, I send an email asking where the package is and if it will surely arrive by the end of the week (birthday), if not, I asked for my money back and I go to a physical store. No, I can't get my money back until the delivery service answers their inquiry where the package is and they persistently don't want to give me some end date when I will get a refund. - On 18.12. I am still waiting for the return of my money, which has been with them now for 32 days. In the meantime, the package “popped up” somewhere and now I have to wait for it to return to them, probably another 30 days or so.. Top4mobile is probably an ok store, but definitely don't pay upfront because if something goes wrong, it won't meet you.

The order code said “fastest delivery” within 7 days, and today is the 14th day and I still haven't received the goods. Customer service says to be patient. Why advertise fast shipping if you don't deliver like that? Who knows when and if I will get the goods at all in the end.
