The parcel was supposed to arrive on 22 December but as of today I don't even know where it is.
The product arrived in the condition described. Arrived 9 days after ordering. I didn't give 5 stars just out of caution because I don't remember what the stated delivery time was.

My purchase never arrived

Still the product I ordered has not arrived and they do not give me any information on the GLS courier tracking number after several e-mails written

I should have received my parcel on 29/07/2025, but to date nothing has arrived, it has not transited through Italy. I am still waiting to receive it. I just hope it hasn't been lost.
