I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 14, but received an iPhone 13 PRO MAX case, which is not the right size at all. Following this, it was impossible to contact customer services. I sent several follow-up messages requesting a returns form and a refund, but still have received nothing. The home page is unavailable or no longer exists; here are the messages I receive.
We are sincerely sorry for this error and for the lack of response from our after-sales service. This is not the experience we wish to provide. Please contact us directly with your order number so that we can send you a return label and process your refund as soon as possible.

High-quality Zflip 7 protective film on the front. Easy to apply. Small downside: the film on the outside of the screen is not compatible with most covers. Film too close to the edges and the shells cannot adhere. Shame samsung shell €60 can no longer be used. I opt for another film on an external screen. Too bad 1mm less and it was fine. Otherwise superb quality. Delivery quite long. 1 week. Competing site 48 hours.

Disappointed, I said I bought an original shell and after a month (without having removed the shell from my phone) a volume button disappeared ... For the price it's a real shame and the warranty policy is void. You have to pay for the return postage, which is not the least bit expensive abroad!
Sorry, but we do not currently provide support in Slovak language. If you have any further questions or problems, we can try to help you in English or another language we support. Thank you for your understanding.

I Googled a product and came across their page, and in fact I received a product that didn't match my phone model. I don't usually have this kind of problem, but it's my fault.
Sorry if I sent you the wrong product. Could you please send me the correct model of your phone and I will try to find the right product for you? Thank you for your understanding.
