The goods are probably not in stock as stated on the website. The day after ordering, the delivery date was automatically extended, which is currently already in delay... Unfortunately, nothing unusual for .sk shops. I recommend to avoid the arch.

Absolute dissatisfaction, definitely do not recommend. I placed an order for a silicone case for AirPods on January 3. Said scheduled shipment did not take place, then after a week came only a general notification that the goods will be shipped late. apology for the delay, without any specific explanation. The stock was out of stock, the notification of the delay would not be sent until after a week at the earliest. The whole process is utter chaos. The shipping notification just came today, so for almost two weeks one has no idea if the goods will arrive, when they will arrive, or if they will ever arrive. I can't even talk about the quality of the product because I haven't got it in my hands yet. Communication is disastrous, delivery is totally unreliable and customer service is obviously not working. I definitely don't recommend shopping here - unless you just want to wait, be ignored and hope that the goods might come at some point.

They had delivery in 2 days, it took 14 days. Without any info.

I can't review something I'm waiting for and although I was notified with an apology that the product would be delivered on a different date, I didn't wait for it and it was my first and last purchase.Hopefully I'll live to see 🙏🏼

Ordered and paid for on 18.12.2025, shipment has not yet been sent by the seller (13.1.2026). Seller responds to emails with several days delay or not at all. Do not buy anything from them! I will ask for a refund.
