I ordered an exhaust air filter for my Falcon AP1. I received the wrong filter. suitable for yw45. not even similarities with the ordered filter are present. Despite photos the shop claims it was delivered correctly! My pictures show the same as the product picture they wrote to me ! Neither size, material nor shape are even remotely identical ! I "may" return the goods on my own account.I own the ap1 and know what kind of filters come in there.Paypal case opened so that I at least get my money back. To think a customer is so stupid says it all.

However, I really wanted to replace my old Casemate model with an identical one and this was the only one still available. As PayPal is offered, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised. It was dispatched in no time at all and it was the model I wanted, new and undamaged. A little tip to the shop owner: I couldn't find your address anywhere on your homepage. You should get a 15& discount if you download the app and buy through it. that didn't work for me. If you ask customer service, you only get a rude answer. The return process is very lengthy and here too you get a very poorly translated message from customer service, with no salutation or correct spelling or punctuation.
