Goods were fine. I selected and paid for delivery with DHL, but it was delivered by DPD. The goods were not received until after 5 days.

When the delivery finally arrived at the distribution centre in Germany, the next message was "sent back to sender". When I called GLS, they only said that the information could be obtained from the sender, but they couldn't speak to anyone, so I had to write an e-mail and wait again.
I ordered an exhaust air filter for my Falcon AP1.
I received the wrong filter. suitable for yw45. not even similarities with the ordered filter are present.
Despite photos the shop claims it was delivered correctly! My pictures show the same as the product picture they wrote to me ! Neither size, material nor shape are even remotely identical ! I "may" return the goods on my own account.I own the ap1 and know what kind of filters come in there.Paypal case opened so that I at least get my money back.

I have not had a good experience with this online retailer. Delivery date was not met, emails were not answered or could not be reached, order delivered despite refusal to accept, no return label received.

I had received another email with a delivery delay but this was not honoured either. You hear nothing more from the shop. I will claim my money back from Paypal. Seems very dubious.
