I ordered the shipment via Top4Mobile.sk on 31.3.2026. On 1.4. they sent me a link that the shipment was forwarded to Packeta, which was not true. Packeta was still waiting for the shipment to be handed over. On my several days of email urgings (because there is no telephone contact to the company) and threatening to withdraw from the contract, they finally handed over the goods to Packeta in the evening of 9.4. and on 10.4. the goods were delivered to me. I am incredibly disappointed with their service and also communication and will definitely not order anything from this company again.

The goods didn't reach me until a few weeks after the order was placed. If I hadn't chased them to see where the shipment was I don't know when it would have arrived. No one communicated proactively. They changed the delivery date several times and didn't even meet the last one. The package arrived wrapped normally but the box inside was not sealed in any way. I regret that I didn't look at the reviews earlier and will never order from this eshop again.
