Good day, you probably find that it took a long time, but you ordered the products to a company without VAT, where the verification had to take place, which takes several days and depends mainly on how quickly you provide the documents.

I cannot contact them to have an invoice corrected because of a clerical error. We have been emailing each other back and forth for a week. At another company it takes 30 seconds to request an invoice correction. I cannot speak to anyone personally.
