The estimated delivery time (23-24.11.2023) was not met and the product was only available for collection on 27.11.2023 at the Packeta vending machine of your choice. The order was placed on 21.11.2023 at 14:04 (CEST) for a product in stock, but could only be delivered to the delivery company on 23.11.2023. I suggest you revise the estimated delivery times, because they could only process the order the day after the working day after the order was placed. The courier service was not delayed in delivering the product, only the seller was delayed in delivering the product to the courier service. What could cause this? If I expect to receive the product on the days indicated, it is not certain that if there is a delay I will still be able to pick up the product because I may not be in the same part of the country as when I expected the order to be delivered.
