The advertised goods "in stock" did not arrive, after the delivery date I received the information "Unfortunately, we did not find the ordered goods in stock and it is not possible to reorder" and the order was cancelled by the seller. It can happen, but in such a case I expect proactive communication from the seller. The order cancellation email stated "We are sending you a 25% off coupon as an apology,Cr43Ejx---". This coupon when trying to order reported "Sorry, but this coupon is no longer valid". I asked for assistance, the coupon started working, however the mentioned 25% created a 9CZK discount on 1800CZK worth of items. I asked for assistance and got the reply "the coupon is valid on accessories, not on the electronics section. Therefore, the coupon could not be applied" which was not mentioned in the coupon. This is not how I personally imagine the serious approach of the eshop and if I did not care about the status of the order, it would still be paid and the goods would be nowhere.
