You should get a 15& discount if you download the app and buy through it. that didn't work for me. If you ask customer service, you only get a rude answer. The return process is very lengthy and here too you get a very poorly translated message from customer service, with no salutation or correct spelling or punctuation. The semicolon is always used instead of a full stop or comma. Sentences are incomplete. I returned the goods on 25/07/2024 and to date, 06/08/2024, I have not yet received the money in my account.

The shop is torn apart in many reviews, which is why I hesitated to order here. But paying €30 instead of €50 and specifying on PayPal that I would only pay after 30 days was worth the risk. And I had absolutely no problems, fast delivery, headphones still fully shrink-wrapped. Everything fitted perfectly. It doesn't always work like that here...so always secure your order with PayPal.
