I ordered on the 22nd of December, because there was no indication that there would be no delivery due to the holidays. Unfortunately, they did not indicate the modified working schedule, in fact, they indicated a delivery date of 24 Dec, which of course was not fulfilled. I have downloaded the app, probably all good, but now the holidays have screwed me up.
