Goods: Magnet for mobile phone on the car holder-very weak hold. With cover not at all and without cover very weakly. Delivery: I paid for the goods on 13.9., the goods arrived in the packet on the afternoon of 19.9. when we were already away for the whole weekend. So I got the parcel on 21.9. "Congratulations". I don't have another reason to buy. I prefer not to send such links to reviews.

ordered a cell phone mask on friday night. the web shop did not work well so my money was taken off twice. i write to the customer service who answers me on monday, the third day of the order. they refund me the excess money and manually carry out the order. the package leaves on its way only 3 days later. it is now the 10th day since i ordered the mask and it has not arrived yet. terrible webshop. i hate this fake internet with these fake websites that you don't know where they are physically or what country they're from...

Communication is only possible via e-mail. There are no telephone numbers. In the contacts there is also online chat, but it is always inactive, not to mention whatsapp, which does not exist. I am still waiting for instructions on how to make a return, a procedure which they say is immediate, but is not described anywhere on the site.

I regret very much that I placed my order on your website...although I placed my order on Tuesday and it said on the website that the order would arrive on Thursday, this was confirmed after the order, but today is Friday and there is no trace of my parcel...it's the weekend and I will have to wait 2 more days..🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️...an order from you will arrive faster than from you... from my point of view you are unreliable and unreliable...if you say that an order arrives in 24h...then so be it!!!! ..if I didn't pay by credit card...I wouldn't even accept the parcel..I would return it without a second thought... 👎👎👎👎
