I don’t know what’s going on with them, but I’ve been waiting a week for my order. I ordered it on 1 July. Apparently, they dispatched it on Friday 3 July. The parcel has been showing as ‘awaiting handover from the sender’ for three days now. Of course, they’ve already sent me the invoice, but the goods are still nowhere to be seen. And it’s just a standard silicone case for a Samsung. Today is already 7 July.

The goods delivered were of good quality, but the shop’s communication was very poor. The goods were delivered late, albeit by just one day. The tracking information was out of date – it seemed to have been entered manually. There is no telephone contact. These days, their customer service is just like it was in years gone by.
