It is a surprise to me that the goods arrived at all. No info came after the order was shipped. Simply the courier arrived with it after a week. I was already going to purchase the goods elsewhere. Therefore only one star - for non-communication. The goods arrived fine, I just don't have the opportunity to try them now and evaluate their quality. But the box in which the filters are stored is tragic. The lid is difficult to separate and the lining corresponds perhaps to classic ND filters. The ND/PL filters are really "crowded" in the compartment.

The store delivered the product ordered, that's the good part of the experience with them. Only that I received the product 6 days later than they specified when I purchased it, considering that I paid extra for the courier's services to deliver on the desired date. In addition, they did not communicate that they had changed the date on which they deliver the product to the courier and when I contacted them about the delivery I received no apology but only vague or inaccurate answers. From this point of view I consider that they did not behave professionally and politely.

The product itself is excellent and deserves 5 stars. The shipping process was disappointing. Although the item was listed as in stock, dispatch was planned only after four days and carried out a day later without any apologies. It took a total of 10 days from order to delivery in EU, which is too long considering the store's pricing and product range. For a store in this price range, faster logistics and clearer communication are expected.
