Ho ordinato un Poco F3 che è di classe C per 130€, la batteria mi dura circa 30 minuti (quando ho il 100%) l'ultima volta che ho comprato un telefono da voi....

Tutto è andato bene. Ordine, comunicazione elettronica, consegna. Ho acquistato i tablet tramite l'e-shop, ritiro in negozio. Consiglio in futuro di incartare la merce in negozio o almeno di chiederlo, visto che è prima di Natale. Mi aspettavo di portarli via in buste regalo. Avrebbe fatto comodo anche un logo aziendale. Così l'ho portato in ufficio nella mia borsetta. Mi aspettavo così poca attenzione. Grazie.

Ho effettuato l'ordine la domenica sera e l'ho annullato il giorno dopo, al mattino, perché al momento dell'acquisto non erano disponibili tutte le informazioni e non sono stati in grado di consegnarmelo. Hanno affermato che l'ordine era già stato inviato, il che non era vero, anche secondo le loro successive e-mail. Ho chiesto di annullare la spedizione. Hanno affermato che non era possibile, anche se le Poste slovacche me lo avevano confermato. Alla fine hanno annullato l'ordine e la merce è stata consegnata loro giovedì. Dopo aver annullato l'ordine mi hanno informato che mi avrebbero rimborsato immediatamente il denaro, ma è passata più di una settimana dall'annullamento da parte mia e hanno la merce presso di loro da un paio di giorni e non mi hanno ancora comunicato quando mi rimborseranno il denaro. Il loro servizio clienti mi ha mentito più volte. È da molto tempo che non mi capitava una situazione così poco professionale.

Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente. Il denaro verrà rimborsato entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Grazie per la vostra pazienza.
