Se volete il prezzo, così sia. Preferirei pagare di più la prossima volta, ma riceverò la merce prima di una settimana, altrove rispondono al telefono se li chiami e non devi avviare l'ordine da solo. Stavo ordinando un telefono. Un giorno ho ordinato, il giorno dopo era in negozio. Il pacco era integro e mi hanno anche messo un foglio di alluminio nella scatola. Il pagamento era possibile anche con carta, anche se l'e-mail diceva che il pagamento era possibile solo in contanti.

Prima dell'ordine era stata promessa la consegna in 1-2 giorni lavorativi, dopo l'ordine 2-3 giorni e la realtà di 4 giorni, la merce era in magazzino. La comunicazione con il negozio dopo la mia chiamata è andata bene, tuttavia non vorrei avvisare il venditore del ritardo in quanto cliente. Avrei dovuto essere informata del ritardo senza alcuna sollecitazione. Per il resto la merce aveva i parametri dichiarati e sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto, comprerò ancora qui. Grazie
