Stavo acquistando un Samsung galaxy S25 ultra 1TB. Al momento dell'ordine c'era scritto che acquistando questo dispositivo avrei ricevuto 10000 crediti del valore di 100€ che potevano essere utilizzati per ulteriori acquisti, ma non ho ricevuto alcun credito, è passata una settimana dall'acquisto. Volevo utilizzare questi crediti per acquistare accessori per la cover del telefono, vetro protettivo ecc. E poiché portare con sé un cellulare senza cover e vetro protettivo non è un'opzione, ho dovuto ordinarli da un altro sito. Se l'avessi saputo subito, l'avrei comprato da un altro sito dove il cellulare era più economico.

Vi venderanno un'apparecchiatura che è stata esposta in negozio senza dirvelo. Il telefono cellulare presentava segni di utilizzo. Dopo aver reclamato e consegnato il cellulare al corriere hanno smesso di comunicare via e-mail (non hanno risposto per 12 giorni). Allo stesso tempo non hanno più risposto al mio numero. Non consiglio il negozio.

Nel corso degli anni ho acquistato diversi telefoni di categoria A usati in negozio. E tutto è sempre andato bene. Il personale del negozio è super. Mostrano il telefono acquistato in negozio, si può vedere prima di prenderlo in consegna. Possibilità di restituire entro 14 giorni anche il telefono usato + 1 anno di garanzia. L'ultima volta che ho comprato iPhone categoria A - 100% di batteria e circa 15 cicli di ricarica e anche tutto questo vi mostrerà il venditore. Nessun super affare.
Se si ordina un telefono e per sbaglio si paga in negozio (si può anche pagare con carta), non si può più pagare la merce in negozio (ho una carta di credito con cashback per pagare nei negozi). Per fare un paragone, in alza è possibile pagare la merce in negozio nella panoramica degli ordini in qualsiasi momento, anche se la merce è già nella scatola.

Stavo ordinando qui per la prima e ultima volta, purtroppo si sta effettivamente ordinando alla cieca, perché il prodotto è fotografato solo come appare nella confezione. Stavo acquistando un vetro protettivo per il mio telefono, che rispetto ad altri vetri non copre l'intero schermo e manca letteralmente di qualche mm, il che è troppo e non si può coprire nemmeno con una cover per il tipo di telefono.
Avevo un ordine creato che dovevo cancellare, quindi ho contattato l'eshop ma a quanto pare il cliente non meritava nemmeno una risposta.

Non ho ritirato il primo ordine al negozio LM stop, perché ovviamente non era un tel. "Nuovo da un acquisto", anche se il venditore ha cercato di convincermi di questo. Quando non aveva più argomenti, si è giustificato dicendo che non aveva comprato il telefono. Ho fatto una specie di obbrobrio con un ritiro a RGB Liptov e c'era un telefono ovviamente intatto e chiaramente "Nuovo di fabbrica", che ho pagato e soddisfatto me ne sono andato.
