Quando si acquista qualcosa si potrebbe anche ripulirlo dal disordine e non solo rivenderlo attraverso l'eshop dove il cliente non può vedere in che condizioni si trova se sapessi che è così trascurato quindi non lo comprerò affatto perché avete inutilmente aggiunto lavoro come doveva essere un regalo di Natale quindi ho dovuto pulire completamente a testa in giù

La merce è arrivata danneggiata, la scatola di carte (36 pezzi) era strappata, stropicciata, gli angoli strappati. La scatola di carte è stata aperta (il sigillo originale è stato rotto), e coperta con nastro d'ispezione. Si trattava di un regalo. L'imballaggio e le carte insieme sembravano essere stati tirati fuori dalla spazzatura, caricati e spediti. Ho acquistato questo prodotto più volte da questo venditore, questa è la prima volta che accade, può essere fatto. Per favore, se il prodotto è in queste condizioni, mettetelo nella descrizione, fategli sapere a cosa va incontro e decidete.
Secondo prodotto edizione limitata pure scatola danneggiata, stropicciata e a brandelli.
Al punto di accettazione (negozio) il prodotto non poteva essere cambiato con un pezzo migliore, quando si lascia un reclamo mi è stato offerto invece di un reclamo di scrivere una recensione qui, che nelle parole del venditore "non ha nulla a che fare con esso...". Nonostante la bella gestione, si trattava proprio delle possibilità di risolvere il problema.

La consegna della merce ordinata ha richiesto circa 14 giorni invece dei 3-5 giorni dichiarati. Alla fine la merce è arrivata in ordine alla consegna. Tuttavia, è stato spiacevole che il venditore non abbia informato sui motivi del ritardo e che il numero di telefono di contatto non sia stato disponibile per 2 giorni. Anche il servizio Packet ha contribuito al ritardo di qualche giorno nella consegna della merce. Faccio notare che l'acquisto su mobilonline l'ho scelto/non l'ho annullato nonostante in un altro negozio fosse possibile acquistare la stessa merce allo stesso prezzo, con data di ricevimento presso il negozio di Bratislava il giorno dopo...

Tutto è andato bene. Ordine, comunicazione elettronica, consegna. Ho acquistato i tablet tramite l'e-shop, ritiro in negozio. Consiglio in futuro di incartare la merce in negozio o almeno di chiederlo, visto che è prima di Natale. Mi aspettavo di portarli via in buste regalo. Avrebbe fatto comodo anche un logo aziendale.
