I received no updates about the prepaid order, and communication was impossible—there was no response to emails, WhatsApp, chat… It was extremely difficult to get anything resolved. Eventually, the chat informed me that the goods, which were listed as in stock, were unavailable, and the order was cancelled. I am waiting for the payment to be refunded.
