I placed the order everything went fine I had the goods in the cart with delivery to the store and after two days my order was canceled, that supposedly the goods have been sold in the meantime I do not understand so when I order something and confirm my order then how is it possible that my ordered goods will be sold to someone else

Cheap goods over the Internet, but only in the shop after registration and ordering via the Internet. Lots of red tape around that. And besides that, all I had to do was come to the shop, tell the salesman what I wanted. He could have asked for details, e.g. where I'm from, or an email, and it would have been taken care of. The salesman didn't have to be traumatised with me and I didn't have to have unnecessary nerves.

When you buy something you could also clean it from the mess and not just resell it through the eshop where the customer can not see what condition it is in if I knew that it is so neglected so I will not buy it at all because you have unnecessarily added work as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift so I had to clean it completely head-on

The goods arrived damaged, the box of cards (36pcs) was torn, wrinkled, corners torn off. The card box was opened (original seal broken), taped over with inspection tape. It was a gift. Packaging and cards together and this looked like someone had pulled it out of the trash, loaded the cards and mailed it. I have bought this product multiple times from this seller, this is the first time this has happened, it can be done. Please if the product is in this condition, put it in the description, let him know what he is getting into and decide.
Second product limited edition as well box damaged, wrinkled and tattered.
At the point of acceptance (shop) the product could not be exchanged for a better piece, when leaving a complaint I was offered instead of a complaint to write a review here, that in the words of the seller "he has nothing to do with it.. ". Despite the nice handling, it was about the very possibilities of how to resolve it.

Delivery of the ordered goods took about 14 days instead of the declared 3-5 days. The goods finally arrived in order on delivery. However, it was unpleasant that the seller did not inform about the reasons for the delay and the contact phone number was unavailable for 2 days. The Packet service also contributed to the delay in the delivery of the goods by a few days. I note that the purchase in mobilonline I chose / did not cancel despite the fact that in another shop it was possible to buy the same goods for the same price, with the date of receipt at the store in Bratislava on the next day...
