If you're after price, so be it. I'd rather pay more next time, but I'll get the goods sooner than in a week, elsewhere they pick up the phone if you call them and you don't have to start the order yourself. The shop doesn't answer the phone, but they do answer emails. Emails have grammatical errors...My first and last purchase in this e-shop.

I was ordering a phone. One day I ordered, the next day it was in the store. The package was undamaged, they also stuck a foil in the box for me. Payment was also possible by card, although the email said that payment was only possible in cash.

Before the order promised delivery in 1-2 working days, after the order 2-3 days and the reality of 4 days, the goods were in stock.
Communication with the store after my call was fine,however, I would not like to alert the seller of the delay as a customer. I should have been informed about the delay without prompting.
