The protective film on the mobile should have been applied to the display of the mobile. However, it was only attached, and still poorly cut.

Actually I was shopping through mobilonline only because I was looking for the cheapest price on the market for a very concrete expensive refurbished phone. But it arrived fine, they sent it between branches and within two days it was ready to be picked up. I also ordered a specific protective film and they stuck it on the spot. Great. I hope it wasn't just because I sent my wife to get it and they wanted to keep it there longer :D
