I bought a refurbished smart watch, but when I got home I found out that it hadn't been reset to factory settings. Whether during the complaint, purchase, or when returning the goods and exchanging them for a new one, I encountered a perfect and kind attitude of the staff (specifically the lady at the golden sands store). Despite the minor problem, I recommend the shop. The watch was in category C, but the signs of use were minimal, I am satisfied.
