I ordered the phone on Sunday evening, and it was ready for pick-up on Monday morning at the branch I chose because I wanted to check the status beforehand. In the order note, I stated that I wanted an unwrapped new phone because it was going to be a gift. When ordering, it said "more than 5 in stock" and there was a sale going on. When I picked it up, I found that there was only one piece in the branch and it was displayed in a display case, so the box had a broken tape. There was still one new piece with the packaging intact but in a different colour. I said OK, never mind, it will be a different colour. The problem was that said sale was over and I would have to pay a larger sum, which I didn't want to do. The gentleman told me that he understood, but all the phones they have are on display and very often they deal with cancellations and complaints there because people want new phones, of course. In the end, I decided to buy the phone even though it was on display (it was never turned on though). I don't know, maybe if I had opted for home delivery they would have sent a new one, I won't find out. In some stores, if there is a problem, they at least try to accommodate you, like checking on the computer to see if the item is available at another branch or offering you an alternative at the same price. Don't expect anything like that here, they don't care. But I probably won't shop there again...
