Bol doručený do 3 dní (objednaný v utorok večer, doručený cez Poštu v piatok na obed). Jedinú nevýhodu vidím v absencii doručenia cez Packetu, vzhľadom na jej dostupnejšie výdajné miesta. Celkovo som však s obchodom spokojný.

I was definitely happy with the purchase. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, which was supposed to be in class C and only after a documentary check I found 1 defect and that is the cracked cover when charging what absolutely does not bother me. I would have liked more notifications to be sent, where the order is and when I can expect it to be ready for collection.
What annoyed me a lot was that I went to pick up the order, the shop was supposed to be open from 9:00 and I waited there until 9:30 when I called the number listed on the shop and also on the e-shop and no one picked up, so I left (after a while I got a call, but I was long gone). When I got there again before the lunch break, I waited again for 15 minutes because the lady wasn't there. I understand that this is the fault of the person and not of the company, so it did not spoil my customer experience that much.

I intentionally checked the condition of the phone several times when ordering ( listed as new ). However, upon delivery I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the phone arrived unwrapped and with a torn foil in addition to the foil in kt. It was wrapped. The phone looked to be fine and considering the price I decided to keep it. On the other hand, I find it unserious if the seller states that he is selling a new phone and the condition of the phone does not correspond to this. A new phone is an unboxed phone with the manufacturer's protection sticker intact. The manufacturer guarantees the condition of the goods to the customer. Then one does not know if it is a display piece from a shop kt. has been on 24/7 somewhere for half a year or it is really a new piece that has just been unpacked for some reason. We'll see what condition the battery will be in after a few charges, anyway for me if I ever shop in this store again I will only shop in a stone shop ( luckily they have enough of them ) where I will be able to verify the condition of the phone before buying.
