Unfortunately, the purchased product was delivered in a non-functional condition. I was met with an unprofessional attitude when trying to return the product within the legal 14-day period without giving a reason. The store employee refused to accept my return on the incorrect grounds that personal collection precluded the possibility of return. The situation was only resolved after I presented a document from an email communication that clearly confirmed my right to return the goods. Despite this, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for a phone call from the store manager, who eventually allowed the return. I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, but the whole process was unnecessarily complicated and time consuming due to the staff's lack of knowledge of applicable consumer rights.

I don't have a bad experience with the shop, the service itself was fine, although I waited for the goods for a few days because they were with the supplier. However, I counted on that. The goods were not okay: I ordered 3 x protective glass for my mobile phone, poor quality, crooked, fragile. Never again this brand of glass.
