Pri nákupe nastala menšia nezrovnalosť ohľadne platby ktorú do druhého dňa bez problémov odstránili a mobil som si mohla vyzdvihnúť. S nákupom som spokojná. Mobil som oproti iným predajcom kúpila za výhodnú cenu. Výhodu vidím vo veľkom počte predajní na slovensku kde je možné v prípade reklamácie zaniesť telefón a bez problémov vám pomôžu a poradia.

Zariadenie v triede A so super cenou + zľavový kupón. Zariadenie úplne nové.

Jedno ochranné sklo bolo už použité a nemal ani pomôcky čistiace. Druhé bolo v poriadku.

Kupoval som mobil v zľave označený ako nový z výkupu, prišiel v originálnom a nepoškodenom balení bez škrabanca, prakticky v 100% stave. Bol doručený do 3 dní (objednaný v utorok večer, doručený cez Poštu v piatok na obed). Jedinú nevýhodu vidím v absencii doručenia cez Packetu, vzhľadom na jej dostupnejšie výdajné miesta. Celkovo som však s obchodom spokojný.

I was definitely happy with the purchase. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11, which was supposed to be in class C and only after a documentary check I found 1 defect and that is the cracked cover when charging what absolutely does not bother me. I would have liked more notifications to be sent, where the order is and when I can expect it to be ready for collection. What annoyed me a lot was that I went to pick up the order, the shop was supposed to be open from 9:00 and I waited there until 9:30 when I called the number listed on the shop and also on the e-shop and no one picked up, so I left (after a while I got a call, but I was long gone). When I got there again before the lunch break, I waited again for 15 minutes because the lady wasn't there. I understand that this is the fault of the person and not of the company, so it did not spoil my customer experience that much.
