EURO.REVIEWS / LEGAL DOCUMENTS
AI and Automation Transparency
How AI assists with reviews while final moderation remains human and independent.
Functions using AI
- Translate reviews and merchant replies into configured languages.
- Draft merchant replies according to saved tone and rules.
- Summarise themes and generate review highlights for selected shops or groups.
- Analyse review trends and consumption.
- Classify or prioritise reports for human moderation.
Human responsibility
AI output is assistance, not an authoritative statement of fact. Merchants must review draft replies before relying on them. Euro.Reviews uses human review for a final decision that removes, hides or restores a review.
AI may not be used to suppress criticism, create fabricated reviews, infer sensitive traits, intimidate reviewers or make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Data and model providers
Only the content and context reasonably needed for an enabled AI function is sent to the configured provider. Euro.Reviews does not develop a general-purpose model trained on Client or reviewer content. Provider processing is governed by contractual privacy and transfer safeguards described in the DPA and Subprocessors list.
Accuracy, translations and summaries
Translations and summaries can omit nuance or make mistakes. The original review remains authoritative and must remain accessible. Summaries should represent the rating distribution and recurring themes proportionally rather than overemphasising isolated praise or criticism.
AI-generated labels or summaries are identified as AI-assisted where displayed publicly. Users may report inaccurate output and request correction or human review.
Credits, logs and security
AI use may consume plan credits based on actual model usage. Euro.Reviews records model, operation, token usage, cost-equivalent credits and technical request identifiers for billing, diagnostics and abuse prevention, without exposing secret credentials.
Changes and questions
Models and providers may change to improve quality, security, availability or cost. Material changes affecting personal data or public moderation will be reflected in this document and the Subprocessors list.
Questions or concerns about AI output may be sent to tichy@eurion.sk.
