The product arrived as promised, no slip-ups or other surprises.

The toques are good, it only took four days from ordering to dispatch, even though they were in stock when ordered. And it took another four days from dispatch to arrive at the Packeta parcel machine. It was very slow.

When I placed the order, the expected delivery was the next day, but for days I only received information about the parcel, that my payment was successful and that the order had been received. In my account, the status/status of the order did not change (e.g. that it had been processed; the delivery date remained the next day, which has already passed, but no cyomag). I enquired via the option provided on the site, and when I finally got a reply, they added the parcel to the courier system at all, even though the order had been placed several days ago and I was supposed to have received it. So it took me 9 days to receive what was supposed to have been delivered in 1 day.
I am satisfied with the product and the ordering process.
But I will not ship with Packeta again, that's for sure.
