I cannot contact them to have an invoice corrected because of a clerical error. We have been emailing each other back and forth for a week. At another company it takes 30 seconds to request an invoice correction. I cannot speak to anyone personally.
Hello, as we are a company based in Slovakia, we need to complete the registration. As you are VAT payer, we can't just adjust the amount on the invoice :-) therefore registration is very important, which we have invited you to do by e-mail.
Once you have completed the registration, we will be happy to adjust your invoice.
