The order was overridden by two products, only one of which was sent out and the invoice was for one product. The undelivered product is still available, but at the discounted price
was not posted. No response to complaint requests. So much for Black Friday.

I would have had to pay 13.000 Ft 14.000 Ft. Pull down
Hello the price with shipping is 14.000 ft, so it is clear that when the price for shipping is included in the order summary you have to pay it

The estimated delivery time (23-24.11.2023) was not met and the product was only available for collection on 27.11.2023 at the Packeta vending machine of your choice. The order was placed on 21.11.2023 at 14:04 (CEST) for a product in stock, but could only be delivered to the delivery company on 23.11.2023.
I suggest you revise the estimated delivery times, because they could only process the order the day after the working day after the order was placed. The courier service was not delayed in delivering the product, only the seller was delayed in delivering the product to the courier service.
What could cause this? If I expect to receive the product on the days indicated, it is not certain that if there is a delay I will still be able to pick up the product because I may not be in the same part of the country as when I expected the order to be delivered.
We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your feedback; we will review the accuracy of our estimated delivery times and our order processing process to prevent this from happening in the future.

So not very fast.
We’re sorry that delivery is taking longer than expected. The parcel is currently at the Szeged distribution centre and is expected to be delivered soon. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
