On 10.12.2025 I received a confirmation email with the payment of the order. No communication since that date and so far the goods have not arrived.

The whole e-shop started to look very strange from the moment of payment.
Although the delivery was quoted for the very next day, but it has been 5 days since their declared delivery date and still nothing.
After writing an email, I got a feedback that the product will be shipped that day (yesterday), however, if this is true, as a customer I did not receive any automated email and neither the tracking number.
So I'm just waiting...
