I was buying a Samsung galaxy S25 ultra 1TB. When ordering it was written that when I buy this device I will receive 10000 credits worth 100€ which can be used for further purchase, but I have not received any credits it's been a week since purchase. I wanted to use these credits to buy accessories for the phone cover, protective glass etc. And since carrying a mobile phone without a cover and protective glass is not an option so I had to order it from another site. Had I known right away I would have bought it from another site where the cell phone was cheaper.

They will sell you a piece of equipment that has been on display in the shop without telling you. The mobile phone showed signs of use. After claiming and handing the mobile over to the courier they stopped communicating by email (not responding for 12 days). At the same time they repeatedly did not pick up my number. I have bought several used category A phones in the store over the years. And everything has always been fine. The staff in the shop super. They show the phone bought in the shop, you can see it before you take it over. Possibility to return within 14 days even used phone + 1 year warranty. Last time I bought iphone category A - 100% battery and about 15 charging cycles and even all this will show you the seller. No super deal.
If you order a phone and accidentally pay in the store (you can also pay by card), you can no longer pay for the goods in the store (I have a credit card with cashback for paying in stores). For comparison in alza you can pay for the goods in the shop in the order overview at any time even if the goods are already in the box

I was ordering here for the first and last time, unfortunately one is actually ordering blindly, because the product is photographed only as it looks in the packaging. I was buying a protective glass for my phone, which compared to other glasses does not cover the entire screen and is missing literally a few mm, which is too much and you can not cover it even with a cover for the type of phone.
I had an order created that I needed to cancel, so I contacted the eshop but apparently the customer wasn't even worth a reply.

I didn't pick up the first order at the LM stop shop, as it was obviously not a tel. "New from a buyout", even though the seller tried to convince me of that. When he had no more arguments, he made excuses that he didn't buy the phone. I made a kind of obj. with a pickup in RGB Liptov and there was a tel obviously untouched and clearly " New from the buyout", which I paid and satisfied I left.
