Well pick up the goods at Maxi in Skalica for probably the last time. For the second time the salesgirl has 15 minutes after her break and she sits in the cafe opposite looking at how many people are waiting there and she has nothing. Then she comes in and is still rude. This is the second time this has happened to me there. The lady next to me said the same thing. The other one just watched what was going on. End of story for me. This is not physically done and she still has it in her arm. Maybe MAX should give her some kind of fine too. Maybe she'd wake up.

According to our internal system, you placed your order on 30 March 2026 at 20:57 and collected the goods in person on 1 April 2026 at 15:55 from our store in Košice – Optima.
We are a company that has been operating in Slovakia for over 20 years with more than 45 stores. As an established Slovak company, we are under the constant supervision of state regulatory bodies and inspections (SOI), which completely rules out the sale of any non-genuine products.
We have not yet received any notice of withdrawal from the contract, but as soon as we do, your funds will of course be refunded to you within the statutory period.
