Where they fall short is in tracking the status of the parcel. I had to ring them twice to find out the actual status, because the whole time it just showed the vague message ‘being processed’. And for me, it was all about time and the certainty of a prompt delivery.

My mobile isn’t working properly – it’s lagging and doesn’t charge well. When I plug the charger into the phone, it charges very slowly; I’ve been waiting 10 hours for it to reach 100%. It switches off out of the blue, and then I struggle to switch it back on. When I open an app, it takes ages to load and then starts to freeze, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
