Goods marked as new when purchased were already unpacked when collected in person. The seller explained that it was a display item. I consider this to be misleading the customer. I ordered two mobile phones marked as New from a buyout. New from a buyback means that the phone is brand new, unused, the packaging is opened only to check the completeness of the packaging. However, one of the phones I ordered had a scratch about 3 CM long on the display. So a bit of a disappointment.
