The iPad case doesn’t fit well. Communication via e-mail was not very helpful and I didn’t get clear instructions on the return policy. I have ordered from top4mobile before but this is the first time it happened.

We appreciate your feedback. Please send us your order and we will try to find a solution. Thank you for your patience.

This cover is not what I thought it would be. The cover shows every smallest indent, and it will get damaged very soon.

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the condition of the packaging. Please send us a message and we will give you a better solution. Thanks for your feedback.
