Great website; I easily found the product I was interested in. The purchasing and payment process is extremely straightforward, and delivery is fast and punctual.
The delivery was a week late because they forgot to send it in the middle of the holidays. The online chat has never been available over the past month. The WhatsApp number says it's invalid. Two different email addresses are listed for contact in two places. The package arrived all creased and torn (the outer packaging).

Excellent products, great selection. The delivery speed is also commendable; if I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be order processing. Sometimes I wait up to three days and then cancel for that reason!
