I ordered a product from the top4mobile web store on August 23 and it arrived on September 6. Although when ordering, they stated the delivery date by September 1 at the latest. I paid for the most expensive shipping option that was offered and they did the job correctly, but the seller started shipping more than a week after ordering. I no longer trust top4mobile and recommend that you shop at another web store.
We’re sorry that your order was dispatched later than expected and understand your disappointment, especially after choosing express shipping. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Thank you for your feedback—we’ll use it to improve our processing times and communication.

All ok but slow delivery, all set from payment to shipping and delivery before long takes. From the payment itself it takes 2-3 days to go on the road.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the longer delivery time. We’re working to speed up order processing so that shipments can be dispatched as soon as possible.

Thieving. No order came, but they charged me. A frivolous firm. I want a refund or product, or I'll take further action.
We’re sorry about this situation. Please contact us via customer support with your order number so that we can immediately check the shipment status and arrange delivery or a refund.

When I inquired about a particular product via their email, I received incorrect information, so the product I bought afterwards (teblet stylus) was not able to connect to my device, therefore it did not work, because it turned out that IMAL was not compatible.
When I asked for advice and help in the same mail, I only got the answer that the characteristics of the products are available on their page.
If I had been able to find anything there (or anywhere else on the internet) that would help me, I would not have turned to customer service.
Customer service none.
We apologise for the inaccurate information and unpleasant experience. Please contact us again with your order number and device model so that we can investigate the matter and find a suitable solution.
