Product ok, shipping costs a bit exaggerated. Too bad it took 6 days for the product to be packed and another 8 for the courier - it was not at all clear that the shipment was leaving from Bratislava. Tracking non-existent, customer suppprt vague and justified. 14 days to get a cover. I think it will be my first and last experience with the shop.

All good hair straightener arrived quickly with BRT courier. Compared to the Xiaomi Mi physical shop here in Italy I saved (even calculating shipping costs with courier) about 27 euros. All good so far no problems. Original product well packed and with sealed box and protective overbox. Standard Italian socket so no compatibility problems. Invoice with VAT arrived via email. Top seller. A++++++

As per the title 12 days for delivery are really too long the BRT courier could do much better! Then the cover is nice and sturdy and practical but does not correspond to the model of the Samsung A13 because it prevents the use of the flash as it completely covers it for these reasons only 2 stars!
