after reading the reviews on google+heureka I had a lot of doubts about this shop. Since powerbanks cost a lot of money, so I took the risk and ordered it, at least I insured it by cash on delivery and I did not pay in advance.The powerbank was sent on the day of ordering and the next day in the box. I was expecting that if the price is so low, it will be non-original packaging or they will not put the cable, which was supposed to be there, but nothing like that happened. the original packaging baseus with seal and powerbank is weak. I don't know if I was just lucky but for me everything OK + 10% discount through the app...

When I placed the order, the expected delivery was the next day, but for days I only received information about the parcel, that my payment was successful and that the order had been received. In my account, the status/status of the order did not change (e.g. that it had been processed; the delivery date remained the next day, which has already passed, but no cyomag). I enquired via the option provided on the site, and when I finally got a reply, they added the parcel to the courier system at all, even though the order had been placed several days ago and I was supposed to have received it. So it took me 9 days to receive what was supposed to have been delivered in 1 day.
