Merchant misleads on dispatch of order , goods delivered after a week instead of two days , communication very poor , unfair trade , quality of goods as expected . I do not recommend the merchant !!!

As my order has not arrived by today 26.1.2021 I rate the shop very badly. Order created on 12.1.2026 and estimated delivery date was 21.1.2026. No other mail on order status since payment confirmation. The main thing is that I have already received a request from two portals to rate the purchase.

Communication at the freezing point. Tuesday was supposed to be the delivery and I was told in advance that it would be on Monday. Replying on watsapp only the next day and it wrote about AI.

I can't rate it,because I waited a week for the goods and on the sixth day I got an e-mail that they cancelled my order,because it is already sold out.I don't understand why I had to wait a week for a reply when they had no reason why they didn't write right away.

Super communication and fast delivery
Long delivery time, everything is in stock so they postponed the delivery date and they didn't even make it, and they replied to the email after 4 days only when the order was sent. Too bad I paid right away when ordering.

The goods were expected to arrive home on Monday (5.1.26), so I contacted the company. The goods will be expended after my recall on Friday, so it will be at least a week delay. I'm sorry but I'm not satisfied. Have a pleasant rest of the day.
PS: I can't rate the goods yet as they still haven't been delivered to me.
