I ordered and paid for the goods on 9.11.2023, until today 13.11.2023 the ordered and paid for goods have not been delivered to me, despite the notice that they will be delivered on 11.11.2023 they have not been delivered.

Lately I don't trust internet shops at all, I always order something and I wait for a month and sometimes the shipment doesn't arrive at all, I like to pay in advance so sometimes I lose money. The shipment arrived on the third day to the selected branch, I am satisfied, thank you to the store everything OK. The only problem when ordering I selected delivery to BOX and payment I selected COD, it wrote me that it is not possible to complete the order it is necessary to select another method of delivery or another method of payment, so I closed all pages and ordered the goods from another store, only that in 10 min on Mail came a confirmation from the first store that the order is completed and will be sent. Finally I got the same goods from two shop :))).

The selection is quite nice, but the description of some items could be better, it is quite strict. For me the biggest problem is the rather long delivery time by today's standards, even if the customer is notified about it and can decide if he is willing to wait, it is probably more of a problem for the store that the impatient will run away,because let's face it, who wants to wait more than a week for delivery of goods that are in stock.
