I recommend in the future, the goods in the store to wrap the customer or at least ask, since it is before Christmas. I was expecting to take it away in gift bags. I made the order on Sunday evening and cancelled it the next day in the morning because not all the information was available when I bought it and they were not able to deliver it to me. They claimed that the order had already been sent, which was not true, even according to their later emails. I asked them to cancel the shipping. They claimed that this was not possible, even though the Slovak Post confirmed it to me. In the end they cancelled it and the goods were handed over to them on Thursday. After cancelling the order they informed me that they would refund my money immediately, but more than a week has passed since the cancellation on my part and they have had the goods with them for a couple of days and still haven't informed me when my money will be refunded. Their customer service lied to me several times. I haven't experienced anything this unprofessional for a long time.
