I have ordered, I have paid, I have received an invoice and dispatch confirmation and since then nothing has happened - no delivery, no dispatch movement, no response to my emails via the portal, via the email addresses, neither to the German nor to the English versions of my questions. That was the worst I have ever experienced. I had to give it one star to even be allowed to write a statement. The goods sent are far too small and ineffective and you have to return them at your own expense! Absolutely zero customer service and as a thank you, you are allowed to be insulted. But of course you were allowed to transfer the money first ... only to realise that the shoes don't come from Germany, but from a small backyard shop in Bratislava. After many annoying emails, the money was finally refunded. However, not in the full amount of the purchase price !!!! Absolute madness. Too bad Bratislava is so far away. Never again people...order elsewhere or go to the shop.
